我办理的EB3非技术类目前140送德洲已经是14个月了,前几天看谢律师文章说有写德洲140申请被送到内达洲去审理了，我怎么才知道自己案子是否被送去其他洲审理，按照公布审理时间德洲已经审理到了07年6月了(3月份公布审理时间)那么我的案子已经过了审理时间一直不批准是否和被送其他洲审理有关系那?请您费心给我一个解答谢谢万分感谢!

你可以找你的律师要你I140的Receipt Number, 然后到移民局的网站上查你的Case状态，里面会告诉你你现在的申请在哪个处理中心

个人理解如果你的Case被Transfer到其他的处理中心，这里应该也要更新的
