Greetings fellow dancers,

Saunter on by this Friday night as Lisa wraps up our three part Rumba lessons. This week Lisa will be teaching more challenging intermediate routines so be sure to review the prior weeks lessons (last Friday's lesson is attached ¡V courtesy of Lisa & Anthony). If you have forgotten some of the sequences, like I have, come early on Friday and don't be shy ¡V ask some of the Club members to review the routines and hopefully, between the various members, you can piece together the routine.

Please be advised that there is a 40% chance of rain this Friday, so bring an umbrella, just in case, and drive safely.

Finally, as many of you know, this Club was founded by Jim Brownfield and his wife Shake, and run by Jim and Lisa since 1987 ¡V this year actually marks the Club's 20 th Anniversary and we would like to do something special, so several of the Club's officers and directors are planning to throw a party on the campus (reserved room) to celebrate the occasion. We would like this to be a more formal event so that you all can dress up and look absolutely fabulous (yes, cameras will be allowed during the event so that we can all remember how stunning you all look). The festivities will include dinner (probably catered by the school organization because of CSULA's policy, but Kelly is working on negotiating with the University). Unfortunately, we will have to rent out the room and pay for expenses, so we will have to charge the members who are interested an admissions ticket. I will keep you updated as to the amount of the tickets. This event is slated for the Friday on the second week of December.

Since the costs for the event and the price of tickets will vary depending on who is attending, please email me if you are interested in attending the event.

PARKING: All visitors must purchase parking tickets, which can be purchased at various yellow colored vending machines that are located in the parking lots. The tickets cost 50 cents/hour and CSULA enforces its policy around to clock so please plan accordingly.
