A spacious room in a two-bedroom apartment in San Gabriel will be
available in September 1, 2007.

Room: About 180 square ft with a spacious closet.(to be honest, I do not
know how big it is exactly. This is my own estimate)
You awill have your own nice bathroom and a gated underground parking spot
If you do not have furniture, I have simple furniture for you -
a twin-size bed and a table.
Currently, I have dish-network, home phone and DSL to share if
you want.

Location: 421 E Live Oak Stree, #105
San Gabril, CA 91776

Facility: Gated community with a pool, a billiard room and a meeting
room

Rent : $700 plus half of utility expense with an estimate of $70 per
month ($800 plus 2/3 of utility expense for a couple)
The oven is electronic, so there is no gas bill.

Move-in expense: $1000 deposit (not the last month rent) and the
first month rent.

Availability: September 1, 2007 - March 31, 2008 (Lease can be
renewed with the landlord at your will)

I am a 33-year old Chinese lady. My work schedule is 7:30am-
7:00pm.
I am a quiet professional; do not smoke; usually do not drink.

You: male or female, single or couple (rent is higher for a
couple)
