With the help of CSSA president Ms Lau, I'm equesting

your help to look for my sister, Hong-Ying Lu. Our

family has lost contact with her. Her phone number

3237375192 is not working... We don't know where she

is.

Her Last name is Lu, first name is Hong-Ying (in

Chinese Hong-Ying means "Red-Eagle". DOB:

March 9,1962; 1.70M to 1.74M tall; slim build; short

hair.

She graduated from Zhejiang University (Hang-Zhou,

China) with PhD in Electric Engineering. She

came to USA in 1999 as a visiting scholar in

UCSD (San Diego, CA). Then she moved to LA USC for PhD

in Computer?/Electric Engineer? Since she lost funding

in the middle of her program, she was trying to get

more financial support from different resource to

complete her training.

She lived in 1100 Adams Bld, LA (CA 90007 near USC)

back in 2003 and then moved to another apartment near

USC campus.

Since my parents are living in China and I am living

in NY, the only hope that we can find her is your

help. If you have any information about Hong-Ying Lu,
