绿卡申请未成年子女的年龄问题一朋友与公民结婚，现在在申请绿卡。她想在申请到临时绿卡之后未她的儿子提交移民申请。她与公民结婚时儿子已满18岁，她儿子也在今年满21岁。她估计能在而且21岁之前拿到临时绿卡。这种情况应该提交哪种移民申请。是用绿卡申请比较快，还是3年后考到公民后申请比较快？ |

如果结婚时孩子没满18岁，递交申请时孩子没满21岁，那就没排期，正常情况下大约半年就可以申请到绿卡。
