I’m a Beijing citizen and have my own apartment sits ,three minutes walk to 10th subway and 13th subway station.The apartment is about 5 km away by road (or only 4 stations of 10th subway )from the Bird's Nest buildings and Water Cube Buildings. Easy traffic, taxi, bus and subway can get you to anywhere you would like to visit.
The environment is quiet and pleasant, with super market, shopping malls, restaurants, park and famous Japanese and Chinese Friendly Hospital , which is special for foreigners in the neighborhood.
The apartment is neighboring to the YuanDaDu Park, one of the most famous parks in Beijing. There are about 30 clubs in the park. Besides good environments living here is very convenient, There are swimming pool, gym, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, supermarket, café, laundry, clinic and so on near the community. Banks, hospital, department stores and so on are spots outside the community.

Payment terms:
1. For 1 month lease the price is Euro 80/day, for 15 days Euro 100/day, for 10 days Euro 150/day and for 7 days Euro 200/day. Discount is available for long term.
2. We will pay for the utility fee.
3. 50% down payment is required on the rental contract is signed. Payment is made by wire transfer directly into landlord’s bank account. And another 50% payment will be collected on your arrival.
4. Major international currencies are acceptable.
