Dear CSSA members,

Another tax season is coming, and many of our members have contacted CSSA

staffs, inquiring about information on pay their taxes. Therefore, we will

invite CSSA's friends working as experienced tax professionals to give a

seminar on tax information for Chinese students and scholars and answer related

questions.

Time: March 26, Sunday, 3:00pm-5:00pm

Location: THH 202

The seminar will be given in mandarin Chinese. It will be divided into two

parts: one hour's lecture and a Q&A session up to one hour. There will also be

time to answer specific questions individually.

By introducing basic information on tax filing, the seminar will be of course

extremely helpful to students filing their taxes for the first or second time.

In addition, the tax issue about starting your own company as an F-1/H-1 visa

holder will be briefly covered.
