This townhouse locates in Beijing's Chaoyang District, on Central 5 East Chang'an Street extension line (about a 30-minute drive from the ¡°Nest Stadium¡±), so it is very close to the city center and the Olympic Game. The majority of households are foreign people, so the security is very good and this district is very quiet. To move in to this townhouse, all you need is your luggage.

I am only looking for foreigner. The price is $2,600/month with one year contract. If you decide to stay in Beijing just for the Olympic Game, the price is $ 3,600/week or $ 14,000 for the whole August.
