**关于社安卡的问题，非常感谢！**

有一种社安卡上面印有姓名和号码，还有“NOT VAILD FOR EMPLOYMENT”的字样。这种卡发给在美国有合法身份但不能在美国合法工作的外国人。请问有合法身份者是否都能申请到这种社安卡？什么条件下可得到这种卡？非常感谢！

1. The first type of card shows your name and Social Security number and lets you work without restriction. We issue it to:
